Eurobank sets dates for 2026 nine-month results and interim dividend payment

Eurobank has announced key dates for its 2026 financial calendar, including its nine-month results release on October 29 and the interim dividend payment scheduled for December 11. The cut-off date for the interim dividend payment is December 7, with a record date of December 8 for determining eligible beneficiaries. The bank had previously announced its first-half results for July 30 and will specify the full-year 2026 results date later.

In its latest financial update, Eurobank reported a net profit of €738 million for the first half of 2026, with an adjusted net profit of €776 million, marking a 9.2% annual increase. Cyprus operations contributed €231 million in adjusted net profit, though this was 7.7% lower than the first half of 2025. Non-Greek operations, including Cyprus and Bulgaria, accounted for 46.5% of group profitability.

The bank also raised €600 million through a seven-year green bond with strong investor demand, and over 6.5 million new shares from staff stock option exercises began trading on Euronext Athens. Eurobank’s CEO Fokion Karavias highlighted the group's robust performance despite geopolitical uncertainties.
