Ellinas Finance appoints Vera Neoptolemou as senior compliance officer with immediate effect
Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd has appointed Vera Neoptolemou as its new senior compliance officer, effective immediately. The decision was approved during a board meeting on August 31, 2026. Neoptolemou will oversee the company’s compliance obligations as an issuer on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and lead anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing efforts.
She replaces Constantinos Servos in the CSE compliance role and takes over from Christos Hadjikyriakou as head of AML and counter-terrorist financing. Hadjikyriakou will remain with Ellinas Finance, transitioning to assistant compliance officer and focusing on regulatory matters related to the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC). These changes mark a strategic update in the company’s compliance leadership structure.
