Hamilton Reserve Bank partners with Nicosia-based SEE Capital Hamilton for regional business development

Hamilton Reserve Bank has entered into a cooperation agreement with SEE Capital Hamilton Ltd, a Nicosia-based corporate finance and advisory firm, to develop new business contacts in Cyprus, Greece, and Israel. The agreement, announced on August 6, focuses on independent marketing and prospective client referrals, with SEE Capital Hamilton introducing potential clients and assisting with market research. However, SEE Capital Hamilton is not a licensed banking entity and will not provide banking services or open accounts; all banking activities remain the exclusive responsibility of Hamilton Reserve Bank.

The partnership aims to enhance Hamilton Reserve Bank’s visibility in the Southern European and Israeli markets, catering especially to shipowners, businesses, lawyers, bankers, family offices, and financial advisers. This focus is significant given the strong presence of shipping industries in Cyprus and Greece. Despite the regional emphasis, Hamilton Reserve Bank is not registered as an operating bank or branch in Cyprus according to the Central Bank of Cyprus, and this agreement does not establish a physical banking presence on the island.

Hamilton Reserve Bank, headquartered in Nevis in the Caribbean, serves clients worldwide with over $20 billion in deposits and assets under custody. SEE Capital Hamilton Ltd provides corporate finance, strategic advisory, and business development services, helping companies expand into new markets in the region.
