A 22-year-old woman is in critical condition after her motorcycle collided with a car in Larnaca district yesterday afternoon. The incident occurred shortly before 5 pm on the Delikipos-Lythrodontas road involving the motorcycle she was riding and a car driven by a 45-year-old man.
Emergency services responded promptly, transporting the woman to Nicosia General Hospital. Medical examinations revealed she suffered a serious head injury, and she remains intubated in the Intensive Care Unit.
The Kofinou Regional Police Station is conducting an ongoing investigation to determine the circumstances and causes of the collision.
