Keo plc Announces Potential Delay in Dividend Distribution Due to Technical Issues
Keo plc has announced that technical difficulties with its dividend calculation software might delay the distribution of the €1.69 million dividend approved at its July 8, 2026 annual general meeting. The dividend, amounting to 4 cents per fully paid share and funded from the company’s 2024 profits, was initially scheduled to be paid by August 17, 2026. Company management is striving to resolve the issues but indicated that if unresolved, shareholders will receive payments no later than August 25, 2026.
Shareholders recorded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange register as of July 20, 2026, remain eligible for the dividend. Keo’s shares began trading ex-dividend on July 17, 2026. The company also confirmed that off-market transfers completed by the record date will qualify for the payout. Additionally, at the meeting, shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, re-elected three directors, reappointed Deloitte Ltd as external auditor, and approved the group’s remuneration report and director fees for 2026.
