Scheduled for September 9 at UCLan in Larnaca and October 31 at Cypria Maris in Paphos, the event expects to welcome around 1,000 participants over two days. It will convene property developers, investors, bankers, lawyers, government officials, and PropTech pioneers, facilitating face-to-face meetings and meaningful professional connections within a single venue.
The conference agenda includes discussions on Cyprus's evolving tax and regulatory frameworks, new real estate developments, investment attractiveness, architectural innovations, hotel and resort projects, and the impact of PropTech on property transactions.
