Cyprus Stock Exchange updates trading warnings after market capitalisation review

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced changes following its latest review of listed companies' compliance with minimum market capitalisation requirements for January to June 2026. CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd will have its “(S)” trading warning removed starting August 10, 2026, after meeting the required threshold.

However, several companies, including Actibond Growth Fund, Chris Joannou, and Unigrowth Investments, will continue carrying the “(S)” designation due to ongoing non-compliance. Additionally, 7Q Investments will be newly assigned the warning label for failing to meet the minimum capitalisation requirement.

The CSE also highlighted challenges in assessing some companies like CPI Holdings, whose shares saw no trading activity, preventing accurate market capitalisation calculations. The “(S)” warnings will remain in place until the companies regain compliance or trading conditions improve.
