Woman arrested in Larnaca drug case linked to cocaine seizure investigation

Police arrested a 34-year-old woman on Monday in connection with a drug case uncovered in Larnaca earlier this year. The arrest was made after evidence emerged linking her to a seizure of 359 grammes of cocaine and other items on March 25, 2026. A 34-year-old man had previously been arrested in relation to the same investigation.

The drugs seized included 359 grammes of cocaine, two grammes of cannabis resin, two precision scales, €1,115 in cash, and two mobile phones. Authorities said the man was the person found in possession of these items during the initial seizure.

The drug squad's Larnaca unit continues to investigate the case as efforts to dismantle the drug operation proceed.
