RetailCura Holdings Ltd appointed M&S strategic franchise partner for Cyprus and Romania

RetailCura Holdings Ltd has become Marks & Spencer’s strategic franchise partner for Cyprus and Romania as of August 2026, uniting its two established Cyprus franchise partners, Symeonides Fashion House Limited and Voici La Mode Limited, under a 50-50 partnership. This move creates a single unified M&S business across both markets, aligning with M&S’s strategy to collaborate with fewer, more strategic partners to support sustainable growth.

The consolidation brings decades of experience and investment, strengthening M&S’s regional presence with 16 stores across Cyprus and three in Romania, with further expansion planned. Customers across Cyprus will benefit from a consistent M&S experience through all stores, online platforms, and a new loyalty program offering enhanced rewards and seamless service.

RetailCura’s co-CEOs emphasized their commitment to excellence and sustainable growth, while M&S’s Partnerships Director highlighted the importance of shared vision in this strategic collaboration. With over 400 employees in the region, M&S and RetailCura aim to deliver quality, value, and innovation to maintain M&S’s position as a trusted retail destination in Cyprus and Romania.
