Eurobank repurchases over 1.2 million shares in ongoing buyback program
Between August 10 and August 14, 2026, Eurobank repurchased a total of 1,245,703 of its own shares on the Euronext Athens stock exchange. The transactions, executed through Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A., amounted to €5,598,354.27 at an average price of €4.4941 per share.
This share buyback program was formally approved by the bank's shareholders during the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, and operationalized by the Board of Directors on April 29, 2026. Since the start of the series of purchases, Eurobank now holds a cumulative total of 21,187,677 own shares.
Daily acquisitions during the week saw volumes ranging from 234,254 shares to 264,642 shares, with prices fluctuating between €4.4410 and €4.5320 per share. The recent buybacks continue the bank's strategy of repurchasing shares to optimize its capital structure.
