Traffic lights at Limassol's Enaerios junction out of service due to technical fault
Traffic lights at the busy Enaerios junction of Limassol’s coastal road and Makariou III Avenue are currently out of service due to a technical fault. Authorities have announced that repairs are expected to be completed by Monday, August 24. In the meantime, temporary signage has been installed to guide drivers safely through the intersection.
Although the traffic light system is down, the photo-enforcement camera at the junction remains operational. However, it is currently only recording speed-related violations, as it cannot monitor traffic signals effectively. Drivers are urged to adhere closely to the temporary signs and drive cautiously to ensure safety in the area during the repair period.
