Myths of Cyprus Exhibition Opens in Ayia Napa Medieval Monastery Until November
The Myths of Cyprus exhibition, following a successful launch in Nicosia, is now open at the Ayia Napa Medieval Monastery. Running until early November, the exhibition explores the island’s rich folk tales, legends, and mythical figures, offering visitors an immersive cultural experience.
Hosted by the Saint Epipanios Cultural Academy – Research Centre and organized by the Press and Information Office, the exhibition invites attendees to discover both well-known and lesser-known myths that form part of Cyprus’s cultural heritage. The display aims to preserve and revive stories that have been passed down through generations, highlighting their continued relevance.
The exhibition is accessible Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 7:30 pm, and on weekends from 4 pm to 8 pm. It is located at the museum grounds of the Ayia Napa Medieval Monastery. For more information, visitors can call 22-801180.
