Cyprus Stock Exchange Extends Suspension of Reputation Exchange Shares Until October 19, 2026
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has extended the suspension of trading in the shares of Reputation Exchange Plc on its Emerging Companies Market (ECM) until October 19, 2026. The suspension remains due to the company’s failure to appoint a listing adviser and to issue its annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2025. The CSE emphasized these unresolved issues are breaches of the company’s reporting and listing obligations.
This decision, made under Article 185 of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Law, keeps trading halted unless Reputation Exchange fulfills its requirements earlier. The ECM is designed for companies meeting specific criteria, and the prolonged suspension highlights continuing compliance challenges for the company. The suspension may be lifted before the deadline if Reputation Exchange addresses these outstanding obligations during the suspension period.
