Alpha Bank updates share capital after cancellation of 59 million treasury shares
Alpha Bank S.A. has updated its share capital following the cancellation of 59,018,043 treasury shares, a move aimed at helping shareholders calculate thresholds for significant holdings transactions. The decision was approved at the bank’s ordinary general meeting on June 26, 2026, and officially registered on July 21, 2026.
Each cancelled share had a nominal value of €0.29. After these corporate actions, Alpha Bank's total share capital now stands at €654,310,561.35, divided into 2,256,243,315 ordinary, dematerialised, registered shares with voting rights. The nominal value per share remains unchanged at €0.29.
