Cyprus Stock Exchange to suspend trading in six companies over missing 2025 financial reports

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced it will suspend trading in the securities of six companies starting August 13, 2026, due to their failure to submit and publish annual financial reports for the year ending December 31, 2025. This decision affects firms listed on both the regulated market and the Emerging Companies Market (ECM).

The affected companies on the regulated market include Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc, Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, and Rehub Plc. On the ECM, trading suspensions will impact Prospertree Plc and Meditrina Cyprus Plc. The suspensions will initially last for two months, until October 13, 2026, unless the firms submit their required financial statements earlier.

This enforcement action follows CSE’s policy for companies failing to meet financial reporting obligations within a three-month period. The suspensions occur after prior notices and are not discretionary but part of the exchange's ongoing regulatory framework to ensure transparency and investor protection.
