iDNA Genomics reports wider loss and steep asset decline in 2025 financials

Cyprus-based iDNA Genomics Public Ltd announced a loss of €3.46 million for 2025, marking a deeper deficit compared to €2.97 million in 2024. The company’s total assets dropped sharply to €1.14 million, down from €2.86 million the previous year, while net liabilities surged to €4.21 million from €664,091. The board described the financial position as unsatisfactory and is working to limit losses.

In 2025, iDNA Genomics restructured its diagnostic services, shifting from a product sales model to a doctor-centred referral system, and continued strengthening scientific evidence through clinical studies and partnerships. Efforts to control costs and secure additional financing continued into the first half of 2026, including support from shareholders.

The group is exposed to financial risks such as interest rate and credit risks, which management monitors closely. No dividend will be paid for 2025, and the company’s share capital remained unchanged. An electronic annual general meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026.
