Four Arrested During Nationwide Nighttime Police Operations in Cyprus
On Wednesday night, Cyprus police conducted extensive nationwide operations, checking 556 vehicles, 662 individuals, and 54 establishments. These efforts led to the arrest of four people for offenses including illegal employment and traffic violations.
Traffic checks resulted in 342 reports for various offenses, with speeding accounting for 106 of these. Additionally, 12 suspected traffic violations remain under investigation, and five vehicles were impounded. Police also administered 124 breathalyser tests, issuing 10 reports based on the results.
