Petrolina’s H1 2026 net profit triples to €9.94 million following eWise Cyprus acquisition
Petrolina’s net profit more than tripled to €9.94 million in the first half of 2026, driven primarily by the acquisition of eWise Cyprus, formerly ExxonMobil Cyprus. The purchase, completed on January 30, brought the Esso fuel network fully into Petrolina’s group, substantially increasing revenue and profits.
Turnover rose 56% to €415.5 million for the six months ending June 30, boosted by consolidating eWise Cyprus results and higher international petroleum prices. The company also saw increased contributions from associated aviation-fuelling businesses at Larnaca and Paphos airports.
The acquisition is a key part of Petrolina’s growth strategy, aiming to expand its market position and achieve economies of scale. The company’s board approved the reviewed interim financial statements on September 28 and is considering a second interim dividend for 2026, following an earlier payout this year.
