Treehouse Films screens four nature documentaries in Nicosia on September 23
An evening dedicated to nature documentaries will take place tonight at the Antonakis Music Hall in Nicosia, featuring four short films by Treehouse Films. The screenings highlight the close relationship between humans, animals, and the landscape, with stories ranging from sustainable agriculture and coexistence with brown bears to the journey of a rescued Mediterranean monk seal named Panagis.
The films include "An Ally to Farmers and Nature," "Paths We Share," "Wild Lyrics: A New Sound for the Liri River," and "The Incredible Story of Panagis." The event begins at 7:30 pm and will be conducted in Greek with English subtitles. Admission is free but requires online registration.
Following the screenings, a Q&A session will be held with experts involved in nature conservation and wildlife management, including officials from the Department of Forests, Water Development Department, and the filmmakers themselves.
