Andreas Neocleous appointed Chief Consulting Officer at PwC Cyprus to boost transformation services
Andreas Neocleous, former CEO of Cyta, will join PwC Cyprus as Chief Consulting Officer on October 16, bringing over 25 years of expertise in strategy, digital transformation, and innovation. His appointment is part of PwC Cyprus’s plan to enhance its Consulting division to better support businesses facing technological advancement and competitive pressures.
Neocleous has held senior roles internationally, including Partner in Technology Consulting at a Big Four firm in the Middle East. As Cyta’s CEO from 2019 to 2025, he led significant organizational transformation and market strengthening. His broad experience also includes positions at MTN Cyprus, Ericsson, and Goldman Sachs.
