Yoda Plc to add 24.675 million shares to Cyprus Stock Exchange Emerging Companies Market

Yoda Plc will increase its share capital by adding 24.675 million shares to the Cyprus Stock Exchange’s Emerging Companies Market, with trading in the new shares starting on October 12, 2026. The shares were allotted to existing and new shareholders in July 2026, under relevant CSE regulations.

The additional shares include 11 million ordinary shares from the conversion of Equity Incentive Rights A and 13.675 million ordinary shares from the conversion of Equity Incentive Rights B, all issued as fully paid-up bonus shares at their nominal value of €0.50 each. These shares will be integrated into Yoda Plc’s existing listed capital.

Following this issuance, Yoda Plc’s total share capital will rise to over 2.42 billion shares. The new shares will be admitted simultaneously into the CSE’s Central Depository and Central Registry, complying with the legislation governing the securities depository and registry.
