Alpha Bank to Release Q3 2026 Results and Restructure Board Committees after Director Resignation
Alpha Bank announced it will publish its nine-month financial results for 2026 on October 30, with the report available at 8:00 am Athens time on the bank's and Euronext Athens websites. An analyst and investor conference call will follow at noon Athens time, providing further insights into the bank's quarterly performance.
The lender also revealed that independent non-executive board member Elanor Hardwick resigned effective October 1, after six years of service. In response, Alpha Bank’s board expressed gratitude for her contributions and began the process to appoint a new independent non-executive director.
Following Hardwick’s departure, the bank has restructured its corporate governance, sustainability and nominations committee as well as the risk management committee. Johannes Herman Frederik Umbgrove will chair the corporate governance committee, while Jean Cheval will chair the risk management committee, with several independent members serving alongside them.
