Temu partners with CITEA to boost Cypriot tech firms' access to international e-commerce markets

Global e-commerce platform Temu has partnered with the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA) to help Cypriot technology companies expand internationally through digital channels. This collaboration focuses on digital entrepreneurship, business development, and increasing the global reach of local firms.

Under the partnership, Temu will engage with CITEA’s programmes, events, and member network to promote access to European markets for Cypriot businesses. CITEA, representing Cyprus’ ICT sector, will facilitate connections between its members and Temu, highlighting opportunities for using digital platforms to enhance international competitiveness.

The partnership builds on Temu’s existing Local Seller Programme launched in 2025, which gives eligible Cypriot businesses opportunities to sell across Europe. Both organizations plan joint communications and local initiatives to connect Temu directly with Cypriot entrepreneurs, supporting the country’s growing digital economy and solidifying Cyprus as an innovative technology hub.
