Cyprus Stock Exchange to Remove Special 'S' Marking from Meditrina Cyprus Plc Shares
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced it will remove the special ‘S’ marking from the shares of Meditrina Cyprus Plc, effective September 16, 2026. This decision follows the publication of the company’s annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2025.
The special ‘S’ designation, which indicated a temporary status pending documentation, had been applied until Meditrina Cyprus submitted its yearly financial results. The removal complies with paragraph 2.2.7 of RAA 379/2014, confirming that the conditions requiring the special marking no longer exist.
Meditrina Cyprus Plc, listed on the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) of the CSE, will now resume standard trading conditions with the lifting of this designation. This change will reflect across all official trading boards and price bulletins.
