Alpha Bank has repurchased 3.15 million of its own shares for a total of €14.87 million between September 7 and September 11, 2026. These transactions were conducted as part of a share buy-back programme authorized by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2026. The shares were traded on Euronext Athens at an average price of €4.7160 each.

The buy-back activity occurred over three days: September 7 saw the purchase of 1,058,080 shares at an average of €4.7320 per share, September 8 involved 1,049,590 shares at €4.7281 on average, and 1,045,216 shares were bought on September 9 at an average price of €4.6878. The highest price paid per share was €4.7560, while the lowest was €4.6170.

Following these acquisitions, Alpha Bank now holds 6,260,374 of its own shares, representing approximately 0.28% of its total outstanding shares.
