Demetra Holdings Plc repurchased a total of 3,005 of its own shares on September 11, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares were acquired in four transactions conducted via Cyprus Investment & Securities Corporation Ltd (CISCO), each at a uniform price of €1.405 per share.

The largest purchase involved 1,500 shares, with the remaining three transactions acquiring 1,088, 206, and 211 shares respectively. This buyback follows authorization granted by shareholders during the company’s annual general meeting held on June 30, 2026.

Demetra Holdings confirmed that all transactions were carried out in full compliance with the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) regulations, reinforcing its commitment to creating shareholder value through ongoing capital management initiatives.
