Cyprus Ministry Announces €68 Million Tender for New Legal Service Building
The Cyprus transport ministry has launched a €68 million tender for the construction of a new Legal Service building, with work planned to commence in April 2027. The project entails designing, building, and maintaining an 11-storey facility spanning at least 23,000 square metres.
The main building will cover approximately 16,000 square metres, while an additional 7,000 square metres will be allocated for underground spaces across two levels. Preliminary designs from a previous competition will guide the contractor's detailed studies.
An open bidding process has been announced, with proposals due by January 22, 2027. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, primarily evaluated on price.
