Allwyn AG acquires 750,116 shares for €9.56 million in ongoing buyback

Allwyn AG purchased 750,116 of its own shares on Euronext Athens between September 14 and 18, 2026, spending a total of €9.56 million as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The acquisitions took place under the programme announced in June 2026.

During the period, the company acquired shares at average prices ranging from €12.58 to €13.00 per share. The daily purchases included 150,027 shares on September 14, 151,136 on September 15, 150,083 on September 16, 143,881 on September 17, and 154,989 on September 18.

Following these transactions, Allwyn now holds 42,623,111 of its own shares, representing 5.28% of the company’s total issued shares. These buybacks are aimed at optimizing the company’s capital structure and enhancing shareholder value.
