Sir Stelios Offers €200,000 to Young Entrepreneurs in Cyprus with Applications Open Until October 15
Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou is awarding €200,000 in prizes to the top three business ideas from entrepreneurs under 34 in Cyprus through the Stelios Awards for Young Entrepreneurs. Now in its fourth year, the competition is open to those who founded a company in Cyprus within the last five years and have an annual turnover of at least €40,000. The first prize is €100,000, the second €60,000, and the third €40,000.
Applications, which opened on September 1, must be submitted by October 15 via the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation website. Applicants will be interviewed online, and winners will be announced and awarded on November 10. Sir Stelios emphasized that the awards aim to empower Cyprus' young entrepreneurs to innovate and develop the country's business future.
The foundation also supports other initiatives in Cyprus, including business cooperation awards, food aid programs, disaster relief, and scholarships. Established by the creator of the easy brand family, the foundation operates in multiple countries where Sir Stelios and his family have lived and worked.
