Minerva Insurance to Review H1 2026 Results and Confirm Dividend Distribution

Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd's board of directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to review and approve the company's preliminary financial results for the first half of 2026. The meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the company’s offices in Strovolos, Nicosia.

In August, the board approved an interim dividend of €0.0003 per share for the 2024 financial year. Shareholders on the company’s register as of October 12, 2026, will be entitled to receive the dividend. Consequently, Minerva Insurance shares will trade ex-dividend from October 9, 2026.

The interim dividend payment is set for November 9, 2026, in line with Cyprus Stock Exchange regulations and applicable legislation.
