Petrolina to review H1 2026 results and consider second interim dividend on September 28
Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd will hold a board meeting on September 28, 2026, to review its first-half 2026 financial results and decide on a possible second interim dividend. The meeting, scheduled for 10:30 am at the company's Larnaca offices, will also involve the approval of condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the six months ending June 30, 2026. The outcomes and financial statements will be released prior to the Cyprus Stock Exchange opening on September 29.
Earlier this year, Petrolina paid a €0.01 per share interim dividend and completed its 2025 final dividend payment of €0.02 per share in July. The company continues to advance its diversification efforts, recently initiating operations for five special purpose companies involved in the Land of Tomorrow property project. This mixed-use development, covering approximately 300,000 square meters, includes residential, retail, hotel, and office spaces, with construction of the first phase expected to start in late 2026 or early 2027 and complete by 2028 or 2029.
