Allwyn has repurchased 689,184 of its own shares on Euronext Athens between September 7 and 11, 2026, spending a total of €9.10 million as part of its ongoing buyback program. The company paid an average price of €13.19 per share for the purchases made over the five-day period.
The largest single-day transaction occurred on September 11, when Allwyn bought 149,282 shares for nearly €2 million. Daily share acquisitions ranged from about 98,000 to 149,000 shares during the buyback phase. Following these latest purchases, Allwyn now holds 41,872,995 shares, which account for 5.19% of its total issued shares.
These repurchases are part of a previously announced share buyback scheme that commenced in June 2026. The company has been actively acquiring shares to optimize its capital structure and enhance shareholder value through these transactions on Euronext Athens.
