Hellenic Estates unveils Skyline Havens residential project at The Ellinikon with construction underway

Hellenic Estates presented its Skyline Havens residential project at The Ellinikon on Monday, attracting 350 attendees including media, business, and real estate professionals. The event marked the transition of the project from design to full construction and featured a site tour, presentation, and cocktail reception.

Skyline Havens, developed in partnership with LAMDA Development, is the first residential project in East Village, a new neighbourhood within The Ellinikon. It spans two city blocks and comprises 150 residences across eight buildings designed by Liakos Architects. The project offers one- to four-bedroom gated homes with private underground parking, shared amenities, and proximity to the metro station and Athens Riviera.

The development aims to set a benchmark for contemporary housing in Greece, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. Hellenic Estates founders highlighted the project as a transformative urban development that will enhance Athens' international standing and quality of life for future residents.
